Terms


A full days board is charged on the day of arrival and collection as chalets remain vacant for disinfecting between cats. We only allow cats from the same house to share chalets

We kindly ask for payment upon admission, our payment options are, cash, cheque or debit card or via direct bank transfer.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required so secure your cats reservation. We are happy to take payments over the phone, to save on postage.

  • 24 hr veterinary emergency care (if needed)

Our minimum reservation is 3 days throughout the year and 5 days during Christmas and Easter.

* Please note: We do not have to charge VAT.

All cats are required to be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu, a leukaemia vaccine is also recommended but not essential.

Food

So that your cat’s normal diet is not disrupted, we aim to feed you cats on the usual food that they eat at home. This also helps with not upsetting their stomachs. We can provide any popular brand cat food required. If prescription food, or other homemade food is fed, please bring this with you.

Grooming

We are happy to provide a grooming service, as long as you cat is happy about it.

To assist us, please provide us with your cats own grooming equipment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your cats reservation, we appreciate as much notice as possible so that we can try to re let the chalet. If a cancellation occurs with less than 10 days notice, we will unfortunately require full payment. You may be able to claim these fees back through your holiday insurance.
